Tell us about your love story:

We unknowingly had a mutual friend but it wasn’t until we messaged each other on Instagram that we exchanged details. After one coffee date, we realised how comfortable we were with one another and how alike we actually are. Chris and I are not the most affectionate people but there was something different about our first encounter that we knew that we were meant to be.

The most magical moment of the day: It’s difficult to pinpoint the single most magical moment. As we entered into our venue as a married couple with all of our family and friends, it was more than we imagined. Our stylist did such an amazing job, it was pure heaven on earth.

How did he propose?

So apparently, I planned the location of our proposal. My friends and I organised a lunch to catch up and I suggested the Opera Bar. Little did I know that Chris had organised an amazing setup at the Opera House with the words ‘Marry Me’ in red roses. I was in so much shock, I was shaking uncontrollably. He walked me down a red carpet and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I obviously said yes and did not even see the photographer he organised or my family there taking photos and videos of the whole proposal.

Top tip for Brides & Grooms:

I know many people will say this but don’t stress. This journey should be about the reasons for marrying one another. We were calm throughout the whole process and knew that no matter what happened we were spending the rest of our lives together.
